These terms apply to Va Squishy Drops and the SquishyDrops app, operated by 10-20 Labs LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Community information and availability
SquishyDrops helps collectors share store sightings and information in Virginia. Reports are supplied by users. They are not a retailer’s official inventory system, a stock reservation, or a promise that a product will be available when you arrive.
Store names, addresses, hours, and other directory information may be incomplete or change. Check current details with the store. The service does not promise uninterrupted access, immediate notifications, or that every report is accurate.
Your account
Use an email you control, provide accurate account information, and keep your credentials private. Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade moderation. You are responsible for activity through your account. Use password recovery or contact support if you believe it has been compromised.
Accurate sightings
Post what you actually observe and choose the status that fits. Do not submit fake sightings, false stock confirmations, misleading line counts, or fabricated locations. Regular sighting updates require a fresh location within the permitted distance from a store. Remote posting requires an admin’s permission.
Sightings are anonymous to other collectors, but authorized admins can identify their authors. Comments and chat show your username.
Respectful use
- Do not post spam, scams, repeated promotional content, harassment, threats, hateful content, explicit material, or unlawful content.
- Do not publish another person’s private details or images without permission.
- Do not interfere with stores, their staff, other shoppers, or the service. Follow store rules and applicable laws.
- Do not bypass location checks, account restrictions, rate limits, or other technical controls.
- Use reporting and blocking tools for content or accounts that violate these expectations.
Content you share
You retain rights you have in your content. By submitting it, you permit 10-20 Labs LLC to store, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide and moderate the service, including relevant notifications. Only share content you have the right to submit. Avoid uploading sensitive material. Other users may view or save content before it is removed.
Moderation and access
We may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend or delete accounts, and adjust service controls to address abuse, inaccurate information, security issues, or violations of these terms. Moderation does not guarantee that every issue is detected. Contact support if you need help with a moderation decision.
Third-party services and brands
The service may link to Apple, retailers, maps, and community sites. Their terms apply when you use them. Va Squishy Drops and SquishyDrops are independent services and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the retailers or product brands named in the directory. Names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Your decisions
You decide whether to travel, wait in line, purchase a product, or rely on a community report. Exercise your own judgment and respect store instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Account deletion and service changes
You can delete your account in app Settings. We may update, pause, or discontinue features and may change these terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
